Fecal vomiting is most definitely a MEDICAL EMERGENCY!

The human body has natural survival reflexes that cause it to expel harmful poisons from within. So how would poop get back into your stomach?

Pretty much the only thing that can cause things to go in reverse here is an obstruction in the bowel. An obstruction can either cause things to slowly pile up -- leaving a foot in the door, so to speak -- or can trigger a spasm in the muscles of the intestinal walls that forces the contents of the bowels back into the stomach.

It could be caused by a tumor, a twist or crimp in a section of the intestine, or compacted fecal matter from prolonged constipation that has caused a backup all the way to the opening of the stomach.

Fecal matter is a waste product filled with toxic stuff waiting to exit. It has no business being in the stomach, and the stomach knows it. The victim usually experiences significant abdominal pain and bloating from the obstruction before eventually vomiting.

Vomiting the feces out is only buying you a little bit of time. If the obstruction that caused the shit to back up in the first place is not located, cleared, and repaired, really bad things can happen, will most likely result in your death.

Feel a little ill after watching my patient vomit facel matter, just few seconds we get him out of bed and sit on chair...

A very bad smell surrounded the ward, (I saw few nurses and doctors "escaped")

Thanks God he still conscious and alive.

And thanks god the meantime I was managing his drip infusion just a bed length distance away from him. (I saw a brownish yellow spot on my uniform…is it the spit?? OMG *o*" )

Tammy is so experienced that she knows everything and she knows how to react in that moment and she knows what will subsequently happen on him. and she help me get out of trouble.

And I became wooden, just stand, look and don’t know what I should do.

In the moment, I suddenly think of him.

今天找到一個新題材做present.將會是出年2月，還是要早點準備．

一個新的腰部手術，連VINCENT也未聽過（真的嗎？）所以要查很多JOURNAL．

還有自己份MSc功課．．．

好像又回復之前透不過氣的忙碌，但又覺得很滿足充實．

當然比沒有工作來得好．

所以努力做好每一份工作．(Get the job done ---prefectly)

好似汪明荃要回顧自己４０年，當然就是沒有白過了．

 

 

 

昨天返完SUNDAY, 多謝你的禱告,很順利完成.

然後晚上你才告訴我昨天是七月十四正日.

我還不以為然，就算一早知道也沒什麼大不了．

因為要去的要去，留低的留低．

如果人是有定數，你阻止不了他／她要走．

只不過是人在的時候，你有沒有盡自己的責任對他好．

如果早三個月讓我知道，事情是１８０度的不一樣．

就不會有無止境的內疚．

昨晚小組齊人啦！前陣子Elle因為工作太忙，差不多成個月無見面．

再見返覺得好有一點風霜了．

或者人就是要不斷經歷去做人．（何況我們還年青）

大佬崑提議拍照（雖然不知道為什麼，但還是很雀躍！）

正經的---> 真是差點被騙，真是人不可以貌相 (@q@")．

好開心啊，因為"全家幅"是可遇不可求呵～

還有多謝fiona同joyce的手信，很精美的電話繩啊，有我地個英文名字首（Ｙ）！（真慚愧上次joyce送的十字架爛了，心痛...）

有點令人失望，因為實在小得可憐．

本來想支持下買小小野．

不過真係揀唔到．

閒來無事,打開e-相薄看，

2002年2月至今，

原來和爸爸一起映的相很少.

又發現有些東西過了是無可能返轉頭.

不竟有些傷心,但懷緬始終是令人開心的．

所以用了一點時間 update我的相薄．

 

星期六返崇拜, 

學了揸機(cam 1)，TOM教我.

去到一半導演叫tom比我試下，（其實有一點...因為我見佢除個headset個皮套有點...算了...不拘泥小節!)

識左呀步/Derek/raymand/朱sir同呀tom.

導演係simon，不過未有機會見. (好神秘!)

不過佢好利害,係好短既時間教左我好多野.

希望下次做得好d.

 

 

 

 

 

Robbins chan

一個很恐怖的男子.

平日我們叫佢賨ｓｉｒ（有一次catherine唔小心叫左佢做賨姐，笑死了我們！知所以我咁喜歡catherine獨有的幽默!）

差不多四十歲(應該有!)的未婚男.

做了十幾年還是一個PT II (已經MAX左好幾年)

聽聞好像沒有爸爸，那年他還是在將軍澳醫院工作．（那麼應該是十年內的事）

有一次佢抄車，佢話個轆撞到吊起．．．

有一次同佢拍medical，佢大大聲在patient面前話成日上大陸揼骨 (-.-")

今天他主動同我講停車場既事，下次sick leave會call我...

我心唸：不用了，你保重吧．（其實越少同你接觸越好...）

 

真係好, 幾箱野交左比admin啦,

星期三就賣物會，希望ｄ野賣出去幫到人 ．

今晚返去再收拾下，睇下有無野再比佢地．

上星期幫哥哥車個几仔入新屋，

新裝雅致，媽媽鐵定10月8日凌晨入伙.(凌晨?! 唔駛訓覺咩.... =.=")
